Creeping By

It is time for another Rubbernecker Stamps Sweet Sunday post.  This will be my last Halloween project and I am a little sad.  I love Halloween, but it just isn't the same now that the kids are grown!

This little mummy is from the Halloween Set 2 set and so is the sentiment.  I added a touch of color with my Copic markers to give him some dimension and popped him on this card with a little embossing for texture.

Don't forget to check the challenge!  You could win some cash to spend in the store!

Witchly Wishes

October is winding down which means the end of the Halloween fun at Rubbernecker Stamps.  This is my featured project today.

This adorable witch is from the Halloween 2 set.  She was colored with Copics and cut by hand so her cape would be outside of the die.  She has silver Wink of Stella on her buckle and buttons.  The sentiment is from the same set.

Don't forget to check in on our current challenge.  You could earn some cash for the shop by playing along.

Wow!  Another week and another new challenge!  Time flies!  This week at Creative Knockouts our challenge is Halloween.

I used Pumpkin Dumpling from Digital Delights and colored this sweet little face with Copic markers.  The tree was a leftover scrap from a Silhouette cut file and the paper was a freebie from Summer Driggs of Summertime Designs.  I stumbled across it ages ago and it was just waiting for the perfect project!  Her old blog and freebies are gone, but you can find Summer's designs on her new blog.  Her kits are gorgeous and so reasonable!

Digital Delights is our sponsor this week.  You have the chance to win a $5 gift certificate for the shop.  Click the badge below to wave your witchy wand and pop over to the shop.

Leaves Are Falling

This week at Crafty Sentiments Designs our challenge to you is leaves.  That's right!  We want to see leaves on your project.

I went a little leaf crazy on my project!  I started with Clearing Leaves and colored her with Copic markers in some lovely fall tones.  Then I kept adding leaves with a die cut from the Silhouette Design Store, embossing, and ribbon!  It reminds me of raking leaves as a kid and the wind just kept blowing more off of the tree!  A few fall colored gems, and it was finished.

You have a chance at some great Crafty Sentiments prizes this week.  You don't have to use a Crafty Sentiments product, but if you do and you win, your prize is even bigger!

Take a break from raking the leaves and come play along!

Before Coffee

Welcome to another Rubbernecker Stamps Sweet Sunday Post.  I went monochromatic with my project this week.

I used Coffee & Tea Inchies for my focus images and stamped the Coffee Bean Background on half of my card.  I layered up the images to give them some weight and then stamped the But Not Always sentiment directly on the card.  A few black gems and it was done!

Don't forget to play along in the challenge for your chance to win some Rubbernecker Stamps cash to use in the shop.

Our Web

It is hard to believe it is the middle of October already!  And Friday the 13th on top of it all!  So what better day to feature a Halloween card made using Rubbernecker Stamps!

I used Halloween Set 1 and stamped the web using white craft ink on black card stock.  The sentiment is from the same set and I liked the effect of stamping the sentiment on the patterned paper I used for the background.  The spiders on the background are part of the paper which is from the Echo Park Chillingsworth Manor collection.  You can get it digitally on Snap Click Supply.  It is one of my favorite Halloween paper packs.

Don't forget to check out the challenge while you are visiting the blog.  You have a chance to win cash to spend on your Rubbernecker Stamps wish list.

Spooky CAS

This week at Creative Knockouts the theme is one of my personal challenges...CAS or clean and simple.  I manage to do a CAS card occasionally, but when it is required, I find myself struggling.  This time, it wasn't quite as much of a struggle though.  The biggest struggle was trying to figure out where I put the cheesecloth!

I used the mummy from the Halloween Candy Corn set from Oddball Art and colored it with Copic markers.  The set also has a Frankenstein and vampire candy corn.  You can see the others over at the blog or in the shop.  I sprayed a bit of Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist in marshmallow and scarlet on some black card stock and stamped my sentiment directly on the card.  I am not sure if this counts as CAS, but it is really CAS for me!

You have a chance to win 3 images from Oddball Art for playing along.  Click the badge below to check out the Halloween Candy Corn and everything else in the shop.

Magical

It is time for the new release and new challenge at Sami Stamps.  Everyone loves unicorns so how about some Spooky Unicorns?!

How awesome are they!

This is my project using Halloween Magic.  I have to admit, I was going to go in a completely different direction with this project.  Then I realized I needed to check the challenge theme, which is add brown or kraft paper.  My thought processes came to a screeching halt as I tried to figure out how to make brown fit into my idea!  Then I remembered I had this paper pad from Carta Bella.  It is All Hallows Eve and is also available digitally on Snap Click Supply.  It fits the theme perfectly and it saved the day!

I colored the image with Copic markers and cut it out using the Silhouette Cameo.  Her hooves have silver Wink of Stella and her horn a little clear.

You have all month to play along with us at Sami Stamps.  You have a chance to win some great prizes, just be sure to use a Sami Stamps image so you will be eligible to win.

Going Batty!

Are you up for another challenge?!  Great!  I have on for you over at the Crafty Gals Corner.  We want you to go batty and add a bat to your project.

This is Josie Zombie Witch from Scrap n' Dipity.  She was colored with Copic markers and cut out using the Silhouette.  The paper is from Cosmo Cricket's Haunted collection that you can find over on Snap Click Supply.  I printed it for another project and just didn't like the way it looked.  It definitely works for this image AND it has bats!!  And what is a witch without a bit of sparkle?  She has some silver Wink of Stella on her bat and skull jewelry and a touch of clear sparkle the magic swirling around her wand.

Scrap n' Dipity is our sole sponsor this week.  You have a chance to win 3 digital images just for playing along.  You can click the badge below to pop over to the shop and see what's available.

We are sponsored I used Teen Witch 1 from Fabrika Fantasy for my project.  She was colored with Copic markers and has a bit of clear Wink of Stella on her magic wand and puffs of magic and silver Wink of Stella on her jewelry.  The sentiment was created by editing a couple of Silhouette cut files together and printing it off.  You can find them here and here.

Hello everyone!  It is time for a new challenge and a new release at Crafty Sentiments.  Our theme is anything goes this week.

This is Halloween Bride.  She was colored with Copic markers.  I wasn't sure what I was going to do with her until I got this digital Bo Bunny Fright Night collection from Snap Click Supply on One Buck Wednesday.  It was the perfect paper for this image.

Hey Pumpkin

Now that it is October, it is time for the Halloween fun to begin!  I know that the stores have had Halloween items since like...June, but I like to wait until October at least!  This is my card for the Rubbernecker Stamps Sweet Sunday post.

The stamp and sentiment are both from the Halloween Set 3.  This gives you a great assortment of images and sentiments that you can combine on your cards.  I colored the image with Copic markers and used a simple circle die to cut it out.  What a silly kitty!

Don't forget to check the theme of our current challenge.  I know my team mates worked hard to create some lovely inspiration for you.  You can check out the rules and prizes over on the blog.

Teen Halloween

Hello!  We have a new challenge starting today at Fabrika Fantasy.  The challenge this month is pink or Halloween.  You can choose one or the other depending on your preference.  I love Halloween so this is what I made.

I chose Teen Witch 2 and colored her with Copic markers.  She also has a lot of silver Wink of Stella on her jewelry and bottles.  I used the Silhouette to cut her out.  I found this amber bottle embellishment in my stash and was so excited!  I filled it with some Diamond Glaze and glued the cork in.  I am hoping it will stay liquid.  But if it doesn't that's okay too.  I wrapped some wire around it and looped it through my flowers.  I am so pleased with how it turned out.

You don't have to use a Fabrika Fantasy image to play along, but if you do you are entered in a special drawing for projects using a Fabrika Fantasy image and your prize increases!

I hope you will join us.
